We love cooking for you!  We provide your healthy lunch and dinner total daily average of 600 kcal per day. Choose a week long program or a 4-week program. Our menu is repeating every 4 weeks so you eat the same meal every 4 weeks! Enjoy a wide variety of delicious and healthy meals while you feel light and energized! Nicosia delivery details

• Monday meals are delivered Saturday 14:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 18:00 depending on your location. 
• Tuesday and Wednesday meals are delivered Monday 16:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 20:00 depending on your location.
• Thursday and Friday meals are delivered Wednesday 16:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 20:00 depending on your location. 
• You can start your program anyday of the week.  Your subscription will continue for the following week until we deliver 5 days of meals if you have subscribed for a week long program or 20 days of meals if you have subscribed for a 4 week program. 
  

Limassol delivery details

• Monday and Tuesday meals are delivered Sunday 15:00 - 17:00 or 17:00 - 19:00 depending on your location. 
• Wednesday and Thursday meals are delivered Tuesday 15:00 - 17:00 or 17:00 - 19:00 depending on your location.
• Friday meals are delivered Thursday 15:00 - 17:00 or 17:00 - 19:00 depending on your location.
