Refund Policy

At familychef we should high!  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

If you decide to stop your meal plan subscription because of any reason, we will be happy to provide a refund for the remaining days of your plan subscription.  

If you have received any meal or food that does not meet your expectation, please let us know.  Once returned it will be refunded 100%.

Catering orders prepayments are refunded 100% if cancelled at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled event.

Catering orders can be cancelled no later than 7 working days (Mon-Fri) prior to the scheduled event.

Meal plan subscriptions are 100% refunded at least 3 days prior to the first delivery otherwise refund will be reduced by the cost of 1 day or 2 days of meals depending on the first delivery date.
