KETO diet 3 meals per day plan
The Keto diet plan aims to force your body into using fat for fuel. Instead of relying on carbohydrates for fuel, the keto diet relies on ketone bodies, a type of fuel that the liver produces from stored fat. Burning fat helps you lose weight. Getting the liver to make ketone bodies requires that you limit yourself of carbohydrates, less than 30 grams of carbs per day. It typically takes a few days to reach a state of ketosis.
Our program is aligned with KETO principles, with a daily average of 19g of carbs, 104g of protein and 90g of fat or 6% carbs, 32% protein and 62% fat. We provide delicious KETO breakfast, lunch and dinner with a total daily average energy of 1312 kcal. We have designed a 4-week KETO plan so you will be eating the same main meal every 4 weeks! No way you will get bored with that!
