Panayiotis Loizides, Karate Champion
We are proud to present to you our latest sponsored karate athlete, Panayiotis Loizides. Panayiotis has been a member of the Cyprus National team the last 16 years. He is a Mediterranean champion, British champion, English champion, Small States of Europe Champion as well as Cyprus National champion. He is now 29 years old and he is at the prime of his career as he is currently ranked 48th, the highest he has ever been, in the world karate rankings. Evgeny Zakharov, CrossFit Masters athlete
Evgeny has been in the sport of fitness for over a decade and during this time managed to qualify, compete and podium at the highest level events in Europe including Crossfit French Throwdown, London Strength in Depth, Norwegian Crossfit Championship, The Lowlands Throwdown and others. This year he has ranked 56th in the World and 2nd in Asian Region among Masters 40-44 in the CrossFit Open. Evgeny is a dedicated and disciplined athlete, trains 6 days a week and is very particular about nutrition. He spent years weighing every single meal to figure out the right balance of macronutrients to support performance, health, strength and recovery.
