Pausing your subscription


You can pause any meal plan subscription by simply reaching out to us at least 3 days prior to your next delivery day.  Please send an email to support@familychef.com.cy or call us at 22664004.  Please make sure you inform us of the desired next delivery day. The number of days paused will be added to the end of your subscription.

Please note that if you delay to inform us on time you will be charged for your meals as shown below:

  • 2 days before delivery day:  1 day of meals will be charged
  • Less than 2 days from delivery day:  All meals will be charged
