We love cooking for you!  We provide your healthy lunch and dinner total average of 800 kcal per day. Choose a week long program or a 4-week program. Our menu is repeating every 4 weeks so you eat the same meal every 4 weeks! Enjoy a wide variety of delicious and healthy meals while you feel light and energized! Control your food budget and minimize unhealthy expensive last minute food delivery.  

Enjoy!   

We deliver 3 times a week. Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Nicosia and Paphos and Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday for Larnaca and Limassol. All you need to do is select the first day you like to have delivery and we will automatically continue to deliver until your plan is completed. Delivery time depends on your location and it is shown at checkout once you enter your postal code. Program price includes delivery fee. There is a 5 euros handling fee for every order.
