1.  How much weight should I expect to lose in one of your diet programs?

The average weight loss is 1 kg per week for our customers taking up one of our 5-day programs and 1,2 kg per week for our customers taking up a full week program.

2. If I want to lose weight, what program should I select? 

The most important factor to determine the right program is your current weight although other factors should also be taken into consideration, such your age, sex, whether your exercise or not etc.  Please use our calorie calculator in the landing page to find out what program is best for you.  Also we encourage you to use our BMI calculator which will help you undestand your weight health status.    

3. Do meals repeat?

Our meals rotate on a 4-week cycle, providing enough variety to keep every week fresh and enjoyable. Most customers find they never get bored.

4.  Is it possible to make some changes in any program since I may not be able to eat some of the meals due to an allergy or because I don’t like to eat a specific food? 

Yes, you can.  Please write your specific requirement in the special instructions area in the order form and we will apply.  If it’s not possible to accommodate your need we will get back to you on time so we can discuss alternative options or give you a refund.

5. In balanced diet plans what is the difference in the meals of 1000 kcal, 1300 kcal and 1800 kcal?

Main meals are always the same, the difference is in portion size. Also, some days snacks and breakfast maybe slightly different among the 3 plans especially in the 1800 kcal plan. 

6. Can I get more Kcal in any of your programs?

Yes we can scale up to any amount of Kcal you need at an extra fee.  We charge 1 euro per 100 kcal increase.  We will use a formula to scale up meals precisely as needed.

7.  Where are the meals stored?  

Meals are stored in the fridge for up to 3 days after they are delivered.  To consume you just microwave for 2 minutes in their container or if you prefer to use a conventional oven you will need to transfer food in an oven proof container.

8. How do I know what to eat when? 

 Every meal is labelled with the specific day and time to be consumed.  

9. If I order the high protein plan with 2 meals which 2 meals do I get from the menu of 3? 

You will get the 2 with the highest amount of protein.  If you want you can inform us in advance which ones you like to have. 

10.  Where and when do you currently deliver?  

We currently deliver across a large part of Athens, with specific delivery days and time slots assigned to each area. Please refer to the table below for details. As we continue to expand our coverage, the easiest way to confirm delivery availability in your area is by entering your postal code in the Postal Code Checker on our homepage.

11. Can I have 2 different addresses for the delivery, as I may be in another location one or more of the delivery days?

Yes, you can have two different delivery addresses. Please enter your second address in the notes section of the order form and let us know on which delivery days you would like us to deliver there. Please ensure that both addresses are within our delivery area.

12. I entered my postal code and received a message that delivery is unavailable in my area. What can I do?

If we deliver to nearby locations, please give us a call. We may be able to accommodate your order or arrange an alternative delivery solution.

13. Do you deliver on public holidays? 

Yes, we deliver. Any breaks are announced on our website and are communicated to our subscribers via email.

14. Is there a delivery fee on top of the program pricing advertised?

Delivery is included in the prices advertised. Please note that the 5 euros handling fee added at checkout is already included in the program advertised price.     

15. How do I redeem my points? 

Once you reach 500 points you will be prompted to redeem your points by copying and pasting a unique code at check out. For every 100 Chef points you get 2 euros discount.  For example if you have 500 points you get a €10 discount voucher.  

16. How do I earn Chef points? 

For any euro paid excluding delivery fees and VAT you get 1 Chef point.

17. Do I need to start a plan on Monday?

No. You can start your plan on any day of the week. Your subscription will begin the day after your delivery and will continue until all your meals have been delivered.

18. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can call us at 693 246 1981 from Monday to Saturday, and we will be happy to place the order for you. We will send you a secure payment link so you can pay by credit . card at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery date.

19. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. We simply ask that you provide at least 3 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. For full details, please refer to our "Pausing Your Subscription" section.
