Enjoy 2 high protein meals with a daily average energy of 1120 Kcal and 115g of protein!  We will send the 2 meals with the highest amount of protein unless you send us your 2 preferred meals.  You can specify in the order form.  

We deliver3 times a week. Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Nicosia and Paphos and Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday for Larnaca and Limassol. All you need to do is select the first day you like to have delivery and we will automatically continue to deliver until your plan is completed. Delivery time depends on your location and it is shown at checkout once you enter your postal code. Program price includes delivery fee. There is a 5 euros handling fee for every order.
