We love cooking for you! Now you can rely on us for delicious high protein, low fat daily meals. This plan includes 2 meals per day with an average daily intake of 107g protein, 28g fat and 83g carbohydrates. Daily average energy intake is 1012 Kcal. Just microwave! Check out our menu! We will deliver 2 of the 3 meals available based on your preference. We use only fresh high quality ingredients. We weigh each and every ingredient to be 100% sure you get what you need. Too often very basic meals like: fish with hard broccoli and some rice without any sauce.
There had been a few good dishes like Asian style beef wok with rise, but this was unfortunately the exception. Thats why I won´t order another time.

Please note that high protein fitness meals are by nature 'basic' and they usually come with one source of protein (chicken, fish, pork or beef), a simple carbs source (brown rice, sweet potato or baked potato) and some veggies, broccoli being the most common. As the goal is to provide at least 40% of the energy from protein and a minimum % of fat having saucy rich foods will not allow us to meet this goal. Also kindly note that you have tried the plan just for 7 days. The meals of that period happened to be more basic than the meals of weeks to follow. You can check our website to see the meals of the weeks that follow. We provide 4 weeks of diffrent meals every week so one eats the same meal every 4 weeks. Regardless we are sorry we did not meet your expectation.
