I’ve really enjoyed most of the meals in this balanced diet plan. Everything feels fresh and well-prepared, and I appreciate the attention to detail—like the use of super fresh oil for the salad. The fish on Tuesday was particularly delicious!
Of course, I have some personal preferences, and certain dishes weren’t my favorite, such as the "fried" chicken bites. Additionally, I tend to eat according to my appetite rather than the designated meal times. I generally prefer lighter meals in the evening and don’t eat much meat or chicken.
Overall, I appreciate the quality and thoughtfulness put into the meals, and I look forward to continuing with the plan!
