That is fresh greens, vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry and fish.  This is the reason we deliver the same day only if an order is placed before 08:00 am.  At 8 am,  we calculate our needs and communicate with our suppliers to source the specific products.  We have selected top rated suppliers based on quality, food safety and professionalism to handle our orders in such a short notice without sacrificing quality.  By 11 am,  fresh ingredients are in our food lab and handled as dictated by ISO 22000, the international standard for Food Safety.
