Your significant other deserves a spectacular culinary experience at the privacy of your home. Start with a set of 4 delicious prosciutto bruschetta. Continue with a generous portion of crumbed fresh salmon with sweet potatoes, side salad and our freshly made tartar sauce. Finish the journey with our homemade authentic Tiramisu.  A dinner to remember! 

 

Ingredients delivered 

Bruschetta 

  1. 4 slices of French baguette
  2. 6 gr. prosciutto
  3. 4 gr. chopped cherry tomatoes
  4. Cream cheese: cream cheese, oregano

 

Crumbed Fresh Salmon 

  1. 2 X fresh salmon fillet 180-200 gr
  2. 500 gr sweet potato
  3. bread crumbs mixture: bread crumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper
  4. 30 gr unsalted butter
  5. 12 ml extra virgin olive oil
  6. tartar sauce: pickled cucumber, capers, onion, water, mayonnaise, pepper, lime juice and parsley
  7. 70 gr side salad: Florinis’ peppers and mix lettuce
  8. 2 tablespoon of salad dressing: extra virgin oil, yellow mustard, honey, salt, black pepper
  9. salt and pepper as you like – not included

Tiramisu 

  1. 2 generous portions of our ready to enjoy homemade Tiramisu!

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Bruschetta 

Ready in 2 minutes

      1. Place bread slices in a plate
      2. Spread cream cheese on bread
      3. Add one slice of prosciutto and 1 slice of cherry tomato on each slice of bread.

      Appetiser is ready! 

      Crumbed Salmon

      Ready in 30 minutes

      1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
      2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes in thin chips.
      3. Place the sweet potatoes in a pan and brush with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
      4. At the same time, melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave and then add the bread crumbs mixture. Stir well to mix. Pour in a shallow plate and coat the salmon with the mixture. Place salmon in an oven proof pan and top with the remaining bread crumbs mixture.
      5. Put both baking pans in the oven and bake the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes and the fish for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
      6. Add the salad dressing in the side salad and mix well.
      7. Finally, serve salmon with the sweet potatoes, the side salad and the tartar sauce.
