- 1.2 kg stuffed Pork belly: bacon, cheese, coloured chopped bell peppers, spices topping (salt, sugar, garlic, paprika, olive oil, cumin)
- Dried onion

- 680g baby potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil – for potatoes
- garlic powder
- grated parmesan
- side salad: Mixed lettuce, Florinis’s peppers
- side salad dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, yellow mustard, honey, salt and pepper and black pepper
- Salt/pepper as you like – not included
Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 80 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Place the stuffed pork belly in a non-stick baking pan.
- Cover with aluminium foil.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
- Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes
- To serve, sprinkle with dried onion and cut into thin slices so as each piece comes with the wooden toothpick.

With Sides Option
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
- Cut potatoes in 4 or 2 depending on their size.
- Place potatoes in an oven-proof non stick pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil and stir well.
- In the same pan, make space for pork in the middle of the pan.
- Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the middle oven grate for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Uncover, sprinkle potatoes with parmesan and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried onion. Let cool for a few minutes.
- Stir salad dressing in side salad.
- Finally, cut pork in slices so that each piece has a toothpick and serve with the potatoes and salad.
