Ingredients 

Stuffed Chicken: Approximately 1.5 kg of deboned whole fresh chicken filled with bacon, cheese, coloured bell peppers and seasoned with paprika, dried oregano, coriander and extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients sides option

  1. 1 kg baby potatoes
  2. extra virgin olive oil – for potatoes
  3. garlic powder
  4. grated parmesan 
  5. side salad: Mixed lettuce, Florinis’s peppers
  6. side salad dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, yellow mustard, honey, salt and pepper and black pepper
  7. Salt/pepper as you like – not included  

    Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

    Ready in 90 minutes

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
    2. Place stuffed chicken in the middle of a non-stick baking pan.
    3. Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the middle oven grate for 1 hour  to 1 hour and 10 minutes depending on oven.  
    4. Uncover and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and set aside for 5-10 minutes.  Carefully remove net and cut into slices.

    Utensils you will need:  1 non stick baking pan

    With sides option

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
    2. Cut potatoes in 4 or 2 depending on their size.
    3. Place potatoes in an oven-proof non stick pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil and stir well.  
    4. In the same pan, make space for the stuffed chicken and place it in the middle of the pan.
    5. Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the middle oven grate for 1.5 hours to 1 hour and 45 minutes depending on oven.  
    6. Uncover, sprinkle potatoes with parmesan and continue to cook for another 12 -15 minutes.
    7. Remove from oven and set aside for 5-10 minutes.  Carefully remove net from chicken and cut into slices.
    8. Stir salad dressing in side salad
    9. Finally serve chicken with the potatoes and salad.
