Probably you've never heard of chicken wings breaded with bio quinoa! They are worth trying! Cooked in the oven with baby potatoes and sided with a slaw salad makes this a guaranteed success for chicken wings lovers!
Ingredients delivered per person
6 breaded chicken wings: chicken, flour, free range egg, bread crumbs, quinoa, salt and pepper, paprika
At the same time, cut the potatoes in quarters and add salt and pepper.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil in medium heat and add the potatoes. Cook for 8 minutes or until browned stirring frequently.
Place the chicken wings in a non-stick oven proof pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add the potatoes and turn the chicken wings and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken wings and bake for another 5 minutes.
Add half the sauce to the slaw and stir.
Finally, serve wings with the potatoes, the slaw and the remaining sauce as a dip.
