35' Quinoa Breaded Chicken Wings per person

Probably you've never heard of chicken wings breaded with bio quinoa! They are worth trying!  Cooked in the oven with baby potatoes and sided with a slaw salad makes this a guaranteed success for chicken wings lovers!

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 6 breaded chicken wings: chicken, flour, free range egg, bread crumbs, quinoa, salt and pepper, paprika
  2. 170 gr baby potatoes
  3. slaw: white and red cabbage, celery, spring onion
  4. sauce: dijon mustard, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper powder
  5. 6 ml extra virgin olive oil

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 35 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. At the same time, cut the potatoes in quarters and add salt and pepper.
  3. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil in medium heat and add the potatoes. Cook for 8 minutes or until browned stirring frequently.
  4. Place the chicken wings in a non-stick oven proof pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add the potatoes and turn the chicken wings and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken wings and bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add half the sauce to the slaw and stir.
  6. Finally, serve wings with the potatoes, the slaw and the remaining sauce as a dip.


    Utensils you will need: 1 non-stick frying pan and 1 non stick oven proof pan
