Week 1

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday High Protein meals

2 meals per day per person.  Both meals the same.  

Week 2:  

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday balanced diet meals

2 meals per day of 300-350 Kcal for Pavlina

2 meals per day of 500-600 Kcal for Haris

 

Delivery Monday 5-7 pm, Wednesday 5-7 pm.

Program rotating starting Monday April 4th.
