  1. 125 g spaghetti 
  2. 30 g baby arugula 
  3. οlive oil mixture: garlic, extra virgin olive oil and lemon rind
  4. 5 g pine nuts
  5. 10 g parmesan grinded
  6. salt / pepper as desired – not included

*Lenten option does not include parmesan cheese

Ingredients: spaghetti (GLUTEN), baby arugula 15.62%, οlive oil mixture (garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon rind), PINE NUTS 2.60%, parmesan (MILK)

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 15 minutes

  1. Boil water in a kettle. Add water in a pot and cook spaghetti for about 12 minutes. Strain.
  2. In a bowl, add baby arugula, olive oil mixture, pine nuts and half the parmesan. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti, salt and pepper and stir well.
  4. Serve and garnish with the remaining parmesan.
