Chicken, pork or beef Gyros: 1 kg of Chicken thighs meat or 1 kg of Pork Topside meat or 1 kg of Beef Rumsteak meat, salt, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion), mustard powder, oregano, fat aroma, dexdrose
tzatziki sauce: strained yoghurt, cucumber, apple cider, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and mint

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 65 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
Place gyros mixture in a non-stick baking pan.
Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the middle oven grate for about 45 minutes.
Uncover and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve as you like.
For orders with sides please continue:
Heat your grill pan and add pita bread. Grill each side for about 1 minute.
Remove and place each pita in the serving plate. Load with gyros, tzatziki sauce and tomato slices.
If you like, carefully wrap gyros pita in baking paper.
Utensils you will need: 1 non stick baking pan and a grill pan if sides option is selected.
