A gourmet pasta with our signature fresh egg pappardelle, meat balls with fennel and roasted almonds and a touch of fresh cream and mustard sauce.  Really worth trying.

Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. 150 g handmade fresh egg pappardelle
  2. 20 g raw almonds
  3. 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  4. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  5. minced meat mixture: pork and beef mixture
  6. 1 free range egg
  7. 5 g parmesan grinded
  8. 10 g flour
  9. 50 ml fresh cream
  10. fennel mixture: fennel seeds, onion and garlic
  11. mustard sauce: yellow mustard and lemon rind
  12. salt/pepper as desired – not included
  13. 50 ml water – not included

Ingredients: fresh pappardelle (EGG, GLUTEN), RAW ALMONDS 2,53%, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, minced meat mixture (pork 10,12% and beef mixture 10.12%), FREE RANGE EGG 15,70%, parmesan 1,26% (MILK), flour (GLUTEN), fresh cream (CREAM MILK), fennel mixture (fennel seeds, onion and garlic), mustard sauce (YELLOW MUSTARD, lemon rind)

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 30 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Put almonds in an oven-proof non stick pan and roast for 5 minutes. Chop.
  3. In a non-stick frying pan add fennel mixture, salt and pepper and cook in medium heat for about 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Separate egg white from egg yolk and keep the egg yolk.
  5. In a bowl add the minced meat mixture, the cooked fennel mixture, the egg yolk, parmesan, 1 tablespoon of the roasted almonds and mix well.
  6. Add flour in a plate. Make 7 round balls with the minced meat mixture and coat in the flour.
  7. In the same frying pan, heat the olive oil and cook meat balls in medium heat for about 5 minutes stirring often. For more than 1 portion allow more time to cook through.
  8. Add the fresh cream, mustard sauce and water. Cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring. 
  9. At the same time, boil water in a kettle and place in a pot. Add the pappardelle and cook for 11 minutes in medium heat. Strain.
  10. Add the cooked pappardelle in the meat balls sauce and stir well. Add parsley. 
  11. Finally serve and garnish with the remaining almonds
