20' Fresh Fettuccine With Mushrooms & Cream per person

Once you try the fresh egg pasta with white sauce, you will not want to go back to dry pasta!  Combined with mushrooms, fresh cream and parmesan this is a sure success for those font of creamy pasta.

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 150 gr fresh egg fettuccine
  2. 110 gr mushrooms: white and brown
  3. 10 gr. grated parmesan
  4. 60 ml fresh cream
  5. 32 gr unsalted butter
  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 6 ml balsamic vinegar
  8. salt / pepper as desired – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 20 minutes

  1. To speed up the process, boil water in a kettle and pour in a non-stick pot. Add the fresh fettuccine and cook for 4 minutes in medium/high heat. Drain completely.
  2. Cut all 2 types of mushrooms in strips.
  3. In the same non-stick pot add butter, white and brown mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes in medium heat stirring frequently. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for one more minute.
  4. Continue adding the fresh cream and cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally, stir in the cooked fettuccine and we are ready to go!
  5. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan as desired.
