Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
Cut the potatoes into 1 cm strips.
Place the potatoes in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the olive oil and the potato seasoning. Stir well.
Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked according to the thickness of the cut or portions.
In the meantime place the fish in another baking pan lined with parchment paper and brush the top side of the fillet with about 2/3 of the sauce and salt as desired.
Bake the fish for 15 minutes.
Remove the fish from the oven, brush with the rest of the sauce and garnish with the coriander.
Carefully transfer the fillet to the plate along with the potatoes.
