Open the aluminum foil ‘package’, add the chicken marinade and vegetables mixture and mix well.
Close the aluminum ‘package’ and put it in a non-stick baking pan. Place the baking pan in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
At the same time put the rice in a saucepan without a lid and add the water and chicken bouillon. When the water boils, stir well for broth to dilute and cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover for at least 5 minutes.
Finally, serve the chicken with the vegetables and rice.
