Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 200 – 230 g chicken fillet
  2. 35 ml chicken Marinade: extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, honey, yellow mustard, parsley, salt, black pepper
  3. Vegetables mixture: zucchini slices ,cherry tomatoes
  4. 70 g Jasmine rice
  5. 1/4 chicken bouillon cube
  6. 140 ml water – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 35 minutes


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Open the aluminum foil ‘package’, add the chicken marinade and vegetables mixture and mix well.
  3. Close the aluminum ‘package’ and put it in a non-stick baking pan. Place the baking pan in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. At the same time put the rice in a saucepan without a lid and add the water and chicken bouillon. When the water boils, stir well for broth to dilute and cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, serve the chicken with the vegetables and rice.
