A generous portion of fresh salmon fillet topped with a unique bread crumbs mixture will give salmon a unique taste. Dish is completed with sweet potatoes, side salad and our homemade tartar sauce making this dish a hit for family dinners.
Ingredients delivered per portion
- fresh salmon fillet 180-200 gr
- 250 gr sweet potato
- bread crumbs mixture: bread crumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper
- 15 gr unsalted butter
- 6 ml extra virgin olive oil
- tartar sauce: pickled cucumber, capers, onion, water, mayonnaise, pepper, lime juice and parsley
- 35 gr side salad: Florinis’ peppers and mix lettuce
- 1 tablespoon of salad dressing: extra virgin oil, yellow mustard, honey, salt, black pepper
- salt and pepper as you like – not included
Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes in thin chips.
- Place the sweet potatoes in a pan and brush with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- At the same time, melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave and then add the bread crumbs mixture. Stir well to mix. Pour in a shallow plate and coat the salmon with the mixture. Place salmon in an oven proof pan and top with the remaining bread crumbs mixture.
- Put both baking pans in the oven and bake the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes and the fish for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
- Add the salad dressing in the side salad and mix well.
- Finally, serve salmon with the sweet potatoes, the side salad and the tartar sauce.
