A great homemade option for chicken souvlaki without the charcoal! A generous portion of chicken on skewers with our homemade marinade. Comes with baked potatoes and baked cherry tomatoes! Oh... I forgot the yoghurt dip! Yummy!
Ingredients delivered per person
- 200 gr chicken breast
- chicken marinade: extra virgin olive oil, dried coriander, oregano, salt & pepper
- 120 gr. cherry tomato
- sauce for tomatoes: extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, oregano, salt & pepper
- 100 gr. baby potatoes
- potatoes seasoning: oregano, paprika, salt and pepper
- 8 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 40 gr. side salad: mix lettuce, cucumber
- side salad dressing: 10 ml of ‘ladolemono’
- yogurt dip: yogurt, grated lemon zest, salt, pepper
Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Open the foil package, add the tomato sauce and stir well.
- Cut the potatoes horizontally and lengthwise into 4 pieces and put them in a nonstick baking pan. Sprinkle with seasoning and olive oil and stir.
- Close the foil package and put it in a non-stick pan with the potatoes if it fits or use a separate baking pan. Place the baking pan in the oven's low grill and bake for 25 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a plate and with a kitchen brush, brush it all over the marinade.
- Heat the grill pan on high heat for about 4 minutes and cook the chicken for 6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a non-stick baking pan and bake in the oven's middle grill for 15 minutes
- Mix side salad with salad dressing.
- Serve chicken with the baked tomatoes, potatoes and salad.
