A really alternative choice to chicken nuggets. Fresh breaded salmon with fresh zucchini chips and a tomato based dip. Really nutritional and healthy! A must try.
Ingredients delivered per portion
breaded fresh salmon: salmon, egg, bread crumbs and flour
tomato sauce: extra virgin olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and tomato paste
6 ml fresh cream
150 gr zucchini chips
3/4 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
salt / pepper as you like – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 25 minutes
Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
Line a pan with baking paper and place salmon sticks.
Place zucchini in a non-stick pan and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put both pans in the oven. Bake salmon sticks for about 20 minutes, turning half way, and the zucchini for about 10 minutes also turning half way.
At the same time, in a non stick pot cook tomato sauce for 1 minute while stirring. Add the fresh cream and continue stirring for another minute. Finally, add the parsley, stir and remove from heat. Let cool.
To serve, place salmon alongside the zucchini and the tomato-based dip.
Kids will love it! Rich in Omega-3!
