- fresh fish fillet
- olive oil sauce: extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper
- vegetable mix: zucchini in cubes, eggplant in cubes, carrot in cubes, red onion in cubes
- vegetable sauce: extra virgin olive oil, dry oregano, salt, pepper
- 40 g side salad: various types of lettuce, cucumber in half strips
- side salad dressing: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper

Ready in 25 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place the seabream fillet in the pan and brush with olive oil sauce using a kitchen brush. Leave it for 5 minutes until it absorbs the sauce.
- Put the vegetable mixture in a bowl, add the vegetable sauce, stir well and place it evenly on a nonstick baking pan.
- Place the pan with the vegetables in the last grate of the oven and bake for 17 minutes.
- Once 5 minutes have passed, place the pan with the sea bream fillet in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
- Combine the side salad with the sauce.
- Finally, to serve, accompany the fish with the vegetables and the salad.
