Ingredients delivered per portion
- 200 - 230 gr chicken thighs in strips
- 3 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 10 gr onion finely chopped
- 40 gr red bell peppers in strips
- 5 gr SESAME
- 100 gr jasmine rice
- orange sauce: CHICKEN broth, water, orange jam, SOY sauce, garlic powder, chilly flakes
- 200 ml water – not included

Ready in 25 minutes
- Place rice in a saucepan lid open and add the water. Boil for 9 minutes in medium heat. Remove from heat and cover.
- At the same time, in a non-stick pan heat the oil in medium/high heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes for up to 2 portions or for about 15 minutes for more portions stirring frequently.
- Add the onion and cook until soft and lightly coloured. Then, add the orange sauce, peppers and cook for another 3 minutes while stirring.
- Finally, to serve put the rice in the plate and top with the chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
