Worry no more about your Monday - Friday meals. Whether you need lunch or dinner or both, we got you covered! We deliver delicious well balanced cooked meals always using fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. They are safely packaged so you can easily take them to work. Just microwave and you will be impressed with the taste! Monday meals are delivered Saturday afternoon and Tuesday through Friday Meals are delivered the previous day. Portions are generous and all meals can be consumed within 3 days.

Monday

Lunch

Moroccan chicken salad:  Steamed cooked bio couscous mixed with shredded carrots, raisins, almonds and coriander and topped with a generous portion of Moroccan style marinated  fresh chicken fillet.  Comes with homemade fresh orange juice based salad sauce.  Served cold.  

Dinner

Fresh sea bream fillet:  Fresh boneless seabream fillet topped with our delicious cherry tomatoes- parmesan mixture and baked in the oven.  Comes with North American wild rice and a mixed lettuce side salad. 

Tuesday

Lunch

Asian style shrimp with vegetables and jasmine rice:  Wok cooked large shrimp and Asian style mixed veggies in our homemade fresh ginger soy sauce.  Topped with steamed jasmine rice. 

Dinner

Chicken souvlaki with baked tomatoes, baked potatoes, side salad and our homemade yogurt dip.

Wednesday

Lunch

Traditional Cyprus style white beans with carrots and celery and sprinkled with fresh parsley.  Comes with tuna, black olives and side salad.  Great to mix everything together!

Dinner

Asian orange chicken:  Fresh boneless chicken thighs cut into strips and cooked in the wok in our homemade orange sauce along with colored peppers.  Topped over Jasmine rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds.  

Thursday

Lunch

Pork tenderloin with greek salad and pita bread:  Juicy pork tenderloin marinated in white wine, bay leaves, seasonings, extra virgin olive oil and passed on skewers along with lemon slices and bacon.  Cooked in the oven just as much as to remain juicy.  Comes with Greek salad and greek style pita bread.

Dinner

Fresh pasta carbonara.  An authentic carbonara recipe with our homemade fresh papardelle!  Enjoy!

Bio quinoa salad.  A rainbow of colorful healthy veggies,  Yellow, red, orange bell peppers, cucumber, purple cabbage and fresh coriander, mixed with bio quinoa and salted peanuts.  Comes with our homemade delicious dressing.
