You will receive the following dishes in the right quantities based on the number of people you choose to serve.  

  1. Fresh chicken fillet parmesan
  2. Pork tenderloin on skewers
  3. Fresh crumbed Salmon 
  4. Garden Penne
  5. Dried fig salad
  6. Pomegranate pear walnut salad
  7. Sweet & baby potatoes   
  8. Optional: Add our homemade Authentic Italian Tiramisu for 10.

1. Chicken fillet parmesan - Ready to cook

Each chicken fillet is cut butterfly style and marinated in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, fresh parsley, fresh coriander, sesame oil and then rolled in sesame and aged grated parmesan cheese.  Juicy inside and crispy outside, this chicken breast is a definite hit for everyone and it is ready to cook!

    Ready in 25 minutes

    Lay out chicken in a non stick baking pan and cook for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.  Turn once half way.  

    2. Pork tenderloin on Skewers 

    Pork tenderloin comes marinated in white wine, extra virgin olive oil, bay leaves and lemon.  Then it is passed through a wooden skewer along with bacon, lemon wedges and bay leaves.  Ready to cook!  The outcome is a gourmet soft and aromatic souvlaki cooked without the charcoal!  

    Ready in 25 minutes

    Lay out pork skewers in a non stick baking pan and cook for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.  Turn once half way.  


    3. Crumbed Fresh Salmon

    Fresh salmon is marinated in butter, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Having covered the salmon fillet with the bread crumbs will keep it juicy and soft  inside while it will give it a crust on top!  Yummy! Comes with our homemade tartar sauce!  

    Ready in 25 minutes

    Lay out baking paper in a baking pan and place salmon fillets.  Cook for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.   

     4.  Garden Penne

    Ingredients delivered 

    1. penne
    2. finely chopped onion
    3. vegetable mix: carrot grated, celery coarsely chopped, red pepper cubes
    4. extra virgin olive oil
    5. white wine
    6. tomato mixture: finely chopped tomato sauce, red pesto sauce
    7. grated parmesan
    8. salt/pepper preferably – not included

    Ready in 25 minutes

    1. Boil water in a kettle. Put the water in a saucepan, add the penne, salt preferably and cook for about 12 minutes over medium heat.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.
    3. Add the vegetables, salt, pepper and cook stirring on medium heat  for 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened. 
    4. Add the wine and cook for another 2 minutes.
    5. Add the tomato sauce and cook, stirring for another 2 minutes.
    6. Drain the pasta thoroughly and add to the sauce. Add half the Parmesan cheese and stir.
    7. Finally, serve and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.

    5. Salad with Dried Figs 

    Ingredients delivered 

    1. vegetables mixture: baby Rocket ,baby Spinach
    2. pomegranate
    3. figs, dried strips
    4. walnuts crushed
    5. dried cranberries.
    6. balsamic dressing: balsamic vinegar, yellow mustard, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

    Ready in 5 minutes

    1. Mix the rocket, spinach, pomegranate, figs, walnuts and cranberries in a large salad bowl.
    2. Add the balsamic dressing and stir. Ready!


    6. Pomegranate pear & walnut Salad  

    Ingredients delivered 

    1. baby spinach
    2. pear
    3. pomegranate
    4. feta crumbles
    5. walnuts finely chopped
    6. salad dressing: mayonnaise, milk, sugar, apple cider and extra virgin olive oil

      Ready in 5 minutes

    1. Peel the pear and cut into strips. 
    2. Mix the spinach, pear, pomegranate, walnuts and fetta in a large salad bowl.
    3. Finally, add the salad dressing and mix. Ready!

    7.  Sweet & baby pototoes 

    Ingredients delivered 

    1. sweet potatoes
    2. baby potatoes
    3. Potatoes sauce: extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder
    4. Parmesan cheese

     Ready in 30 minutes

    1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees.
    2. Cut both sweet and baby potatoes into thin slices.
    3. Place both sweet potatoes and baby potatoes in a large non stick baking pan.  
    4. Brush potatoes with the sauce.
    5. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes depending on the portions and size of the pan.
    6. Spinkle with parmesan 5 minutes before potatoes are ready.
