15' Chilli Tuna Pasta per person

Extremely easy and quick to prepare, this tuna pasta is light and healthy but yet really tasty, filled with aromas from the capers and parsley mixture. 

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 125 gr spaghetti
  2. 1/4 chicken broth cube
  3. capers mixture: capers, garlic powder, olive oil
  4. 100 gr cherry tomatoes
  5. tuna mixture: canned tuna and chili flakes
  6. parsley mixture: red vinegar, chopped parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt
  7. 15 gr black olives in washers

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 15 minutes

  1. Cut cherry tomatoes in 4.
  2. Heat water in a pot and add the chicken broth. Stir well to dilute. Add the Spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
  3. At the same time, add the capers mixture in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2 minutes stirring often.
  4. In a large bowl for pasta or salad, mix the spaghetti with capers mixture, tuna mixture, parsley mixture and the cherry tomatoes. 
Ready quick and easy!

Utensils you will need: 1 pot, 1 non-stick frying pan and 1 pasta strainer
