30΄ Asian Chicken With Sesame & Broccoli per person

Our Chinese ready to add sauce will make this a guaranteed success.  A mild sweet taste with lean chicken, broccoli and jasmine rice topped with sesame seeds give it a true Asian look.    

Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. 200 g fresh chicken breast in cubes
  2. 14 g corn flour 
  3. 130 g broccoli 
  4. 2 g sesame 
  5. 100 g jasmine rice
  6. sauce: sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, garlic powder and corn flour
  7. 200 ml water – not included

Ingredients: fresh chicken breast, corn flour, broccoli 19.70%, SESAME 0.30%, jasmine rice, sauce (sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, garlic powder, corn flour)

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. To prepare rice, boil water in a kettle and add in a pot. Add rice and boil for 9 minutes in medium heat. Remove from heat and cover.
  2. Cut broccoli in small bundles.
  3. At the same time, boil water in a kettle and pour in a pot without lid. Add broccoli and cook for 8 minutes in medium heat. Strain.
  4. Place chicken in a bowl and coat with the corn flour. 
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add chicken. Sauté for 12 minutes in medium heat while stirring. Allow more time for more than 1 portion.
  6. Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. In the same pan add the sauce and cook for about 2 minutes in medium heat while stirring.
  8. Add chicken, broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  9. Finally serve rice and top with the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with sesame.
