200 gr. fresh Australian Ribye Club Black Angus fillet steak

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Heat a non stick grill pan in high heat for about 4-5 minutes until the grill pan is really hot.  Place steaks and cook based on how you like the steaks cooked.  Make sure you turn steak every 2 minutes.   

  • Rare: 2’ 15’’ each side
  • Medium rare: 3’ 15’’ each side
  • Medium: 4’ 15’’ each side
  • Medium well: 5’ 15’’ each side
  • Well done: Allow more time depending on how well you would like your steak to be.  Our recommendation is to cook steak up to medium well.
