- fresh whole Chicken around 2 kg
- marinade: strained YOGHURT, MUSTARD, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, coriander seeds, thyme, salt and pepper
- fresh potatoes
- mushrooms
- lemon slices
- lettuce
- garnish: cherry tomatoes and fresh basil

Ready in 90 minutes
- Ideally we recommend to marinate the chicken by brushing it with 2/3 of the marinadee and carefully covering it with cling film. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into medium size pieces and slice the mushrooms.
- Remove the chicken from the cling film and add it to a nonstick baking pan for chicken. Transfer the potatoes around the chicken and pour over the remaining marinade.
- Cover with aluminium foil or with pan cover and bake for 1 hour.
- Turn the chicken and add the mushrooms and lemon slices over the potatoes. Bake uncovered for another 20 -30 minutes depending on oven.
- Serve the chicken and potatoes with the mushrooms on a deep platter, having covered the platter with the lettuce leaves first. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and basil.
