90' Whole Baked Chicken

  1. fresh whole Chicken around 2 kg
  2. marinade: strained YOGHURT, MUSTARD, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, coriander seeds, thyme, salt and pepper
  3. fresh potatoes
  4. mushrooms
  5. lemon slices
  6. lettuce
  7. garnish: cherry tomatoes and fresh basil

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 90 minutes

  1. Ideally we recommend to marinate the chicken by brushing it with 2/3 of the marinadee and carefully covering it with cling film. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes into medium size pieces and slice the mushrooms.
  4. Remove the chicken from the cling film and add it to a nonstick baking pan for chicken. Transfer the potatoes around the chicken and pour over the remaining marinade.
  5. Cover with aluminium foil or with pan cover and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Turn the chicken and add the mushrooms and lemon slices over the potatoes. Bake uncovered for another 20 -30 minutes depending on oven.
  7. Serve the chicken and potatoes with the mushrooms on a deep platter, having covered the platter with the lettuce leaves first. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and basil.
