Ingredients delivered per portion
1 large SEA BASS or a large SEA BREAM for 2 persons (approx. 650 – 700 c) or 2 small depending on availability
filling: finely chopped parsley, garlic, sliced orange, thyme, salt, pepper
extra virgin olive oil for filling
extra virgin olive oil for rice
slices of peeled orange and lemon
orange sauce: white wine, orange juice, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil
seasonings: oregano, dried thyme
200 gr. wild rice N. America
400 gr. water – not included
salt, pepper – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
In a pot without a lid, heat the olive oil over medium/high heat and add the rice, stirring for about 1 minute.
Add the water, salt at desired and let it boil. Lower heat and boil for 18 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover with lid and set aside for 5 minutes until it absorbs the liquids.
At the same time, season the fish in the slit of the abdomen and place it in a nonstick baking pan.
Fill the fish with the filling and the olive oil.
Drizzle the fish with the orange sauce and sprinkle with the spices.
Add the slices of orange and lemon around the fish.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. In the last ten minutes of baking remove the foil.
Serve the fish with the rice. Drizzle the fish with the juices and orange slices left in the baking pan.
