35΄ Steak With Wedges Potatoes & Parmesan per person

Ιngredients delivered per person

  1. 200-230 gr. fresh eye round grain fed Uruguay steak 
  2. 170 gr. baby potatoes
  3. 6 ml extra virgin olive oil – for potatoes
  4. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 10 gr. graded parmesan 
  6. 8 ml. extra virgin olive oil – for steak
  7. 35 gr. side salad: Mixed lettuce, Florinis’s peppers
  8. 10 ml side salad dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, yellow mustard, honey, salt and pepper and black pepper
  9. Salt/pepper as you like – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 35 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  3. Place potatoes in an oven-proof non stick pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil and stir well.  Lay potatoes in the pan and sprinkle with the parmesan.
  4. Bake for 16 – 25 minutes in the middle grill depending on the number of portions.
  5. Put steak in a plate, brush with olive oil using a kitchen brush and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Once potatoes are ready, remove from oven and cover with foil to keep warm until steak is prepared.
  7. Heat a non stick grill pan in high heat for about 4-5 minutes until the grill pan is really hot.  
  8. Add steak and cook as shown below depending on how you like your steak cooked
  • Rare: 2’ 15’’ each side
  • Medium rare: 3’ 15’’ each side
  • Medium: 4’ 15’’ each side
  • Medium well: 5’ 15’’ each side
  • Well done: Allow more time depending on how well you would like your steak to be.  Our recommendation is to cook steak up to medium well.
  1. Remove steak from grill pan and put it in a plate. Leave it uncovered for 5 minutes before serving.  This will make it more juicy.
  2. Stir salad dressing in side salad.
  3. Finally serve steak with the potatoes and salad.
