125 gr. SPAGHETTI
extra virgin olive oil
onion and garlic mixture
sauce: canned tomatoes, tomato paste, dry white wine, CELERY, thinly sliced carrot, red green peppers, cube chicken broth

Ready in 35 minutes
Heat water in the kettle and pour it into a saucepan. Add the spaghetti and boil for 8 – 10 minutes, depending on how you want the pasta to be cooked. Drain.
At the same time, heat the oil in a saucepan or nonstick pot over medium heat and add the onion and garlic mixture. Sauté until browned.
Add the minced meat and continue until it turns golden, 3-4 minutes.
Lower the heat and add the sauce. Cover and continue for another 25 to 30 minutes.
Add the sauce to the spaghetti and stir well. Ready to serve.
Utensils: 1 pot, 1 strainer, 1 sauce pan or non stick pot with lid
