Ingredients delivered per person
- 200 – 230 g chicken fillet
- 35 ml chicken Marinade: extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, honey, yellow mustard, parsley, salt, black pepper
- Vegetables mixture: zucchini slices ,cherry tomatoes
- 70 g Jasmine rice
- 1/4 chicken bouillon cube
- 140 ml water – not included
Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 35 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Open the aluminum foil ‘package’, add the chicken marinade and vegetables mixture and mix well.
- Close the aluminum ‘package’ and put it in a non-stick baking pan. Place the baking pan in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- At the same time put the rice in a saucepan without a lid and add the water and chicken bouillon. When the water boils, stir well for broth to dilute and cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover for at least 5 minutes.
- Finally, serve the chicken with the vegetables and rice.
