Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. 5 or 7 defrosted SQUIDS, cleaned with tentacle
  2. filling: prosciutto, grated CHEESE, garlic finely chopped
  3. extra virgin olive oil for squid
  4. 7 toothpicks
  5. potatoes
  6. extra virgin olive oil for the potatoes
  7. spices: oregano, salt, pepper
  8. side salad: mix lettuce and Florinis’ peppers
  9. side salad dressing: extra virgin olive oil, YELLOW MUSTARD, honey, salt and pepper
  10. salt – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 1 cm strips.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the olive oil and the potato seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked according to the thickness of the cut or portions.
  5. At the same time, carefully fill the squid with the filling and close using a toothpick.
  6. Place squid in a baking pan with parchment paper. Drizzle with the olive oil.
  7. Bake for about 5 minutes. Turn and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  8. Serve the squid with the potatoes along with the side salad mixed with the salad dressing.
