  1. vegetable mixture: fresh carrot in thin slices, fresh broccoli
  2. extra virgin olive oil
  3. 180- 200 gr. fresh SALMON fillet
  4. homemade teriyaki sauce
  5. salt and pepper - not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees at fan mode.
  2. In a baking pan that can hold the vegetables and fish lay down foil and baking sheet on top.
  3. Pour the vegetable mixture and sprinkle over with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place fish over vegetables and brush fish with the teriyaki sauce.
  5. Close into a package and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the salmon with the healthy vegies.
