Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 30 minutes
Soak the skewer in water.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at grill mode.
Season the meat with salt and pepper and mix in a large bowl with the olive oil mixture, bay leaves and lemon slices.
Take the skewer and successively pass to it a piece of pork tenderloin, bacon, lemon and bay leaf until the meat is exhausted and the skewer is filled.
Bake in a nonstick baking pan for about 8 -10 minutes each side, depending on how you like the meat to be cooked.
Prepare the salad by mixing lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese and the salad dressing.
Serve the souvlaki on the skewer along with the salad.
