Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning. It is still widely used in Japan, both in traditional and modern cooking, and has been gaining worldwide interest. Miso gives a sweet oriental taste to seabream which is balanced with the jasmine rice and salad.
Ingredients delivered per person
- 200 – 230 gr fillet
- miso sauce: miso paste, icing sugar, grated ginger, extra virgin olive oil and water
- 100 gr jasmine rice
- 35 gr side salad: Florinis’ peppers and mix lettuce
- 1 tablespoon salad dressing: extra virgin olive oil, yellow mustard, honey, salt, black pepper
- 200 ml water – not included
Ingredients: seabream fillet, miso sauce 3,1% (miso paste (SOY), icing sugar, grated ginger, extra virgin olive oil and water), jasmine rice, side salad (Florinis’ peppers and mix lettuce), salad dressing (extra virgin olive oil, YELLOW MUSTARD, salt, black pepper)

Ready in 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan mode.
- In a saucepan, lid open, add the rice and water. Boil for 9 minutes. Remove from heat and cover.
- At the same time, line a pan with baking paper and add fish. Brush the fish with the miso sauce. Leave for 10 minutes to absorb the sauce. Then, bake for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the side salad with the salad sauce.
- Finally, serve fish with the rice and side salad.
