30΄ Chicken With Bacon & Lentils per person

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 200 g fresh chicken legs 
  2. 10 ml vegetable oil 
  3. 30 g chopped leek 
  4. 33 g chopped bacon 
  5. 1/2 rosemary branch
  6. 100 g lentils 
  7. 60 g cherry tomatoes 
  8. 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
  9. 5g chopped parsley 
  10. 300 ml water – not included 

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. Put the water with the lentils in a pot. Cook in medium heat for about 25 minutes or until cooked. Drain. 
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters. 
  3. In the meantime, heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan or sauce pan. Add the chicken and cook each side for 7 minutes in medium heat. 
  4. Remove chicken from the frying pan and put it in a dish. In the same pan, add the leek, broth, bacon and cook in low heat, stirring often for 5 minutes. 
  5. Add tomatoes, rosemary, and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. 
  6. Add lentils, chicken, and stir. Cook in medium heat for 3 minutes. 
  7. Finally, serve and sprinkle with parsley.
