30΄ Chicken Teriyaki With Vegetables for 2 or 4

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 200 – 230 g fresh chicken breast or chicken thighs without bone depending on order
  2. teriyaki sauce: cornmeal, water, sugar, soy sauce, apple cider, garlic melted, ginger powder, black pepper
  3. vegetable mixture: carrot in thin strips, broccoli, red onion strips, red peppers in thin strips, yellow pepper in thin strips, orange peppers in thin strips
  4. 6 ml sesame oil
  5. 10 ml soy sauce

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Put the chicken in a non-stick baking pan and brush both sides with half the teriyaki sauce using a kitchen brush. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the baking pan in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 9 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and brush upper side with half the remaining teriyaki sauce. Turn chicken and brush with the rest of the teriyaki sauce. Bake for another 9 minutes.
  5. At the same time, heat sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the vegetable mixture and cook while stirring over medium heat for 4 – 8 minutes depending on the number of portions.
  7. Add the soy sauce, stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Remove chicken from the oven and put it on a cutting board. Cut into vertical thick strips with a sharp knife.
  9. Serve the chicken next to the delicious vegetables.
