30' Baked Vegetables With Couscous per person - Vegan

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. vegetable mixture: 60 gr. white mushrooms, 60 gr. white turnip in strips, 50 gr. zucchini, 40 gr.leek, 80 gr. diced carrot, 33 green olives, 100 gr. cherry tomatoes, 40 gr. celery
  2. vegetable sauce: 10 gr. extra virgin olive oil, 5 ml balsamic vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, salt and pepper
  3. 70 gr.couscous
  4. 1/4 cube vegetable broth
  5. 120 ml water – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Open the foil package, add the vegetable sauce and stir well. 
  3. Close the foil package and put it in a non-stick baking pan. Place the baking pan in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. At the same time, boil the water in the kettle and pour it into a bowl. Add the bouillon cube and with the help of a fork, dissolve the broth. 
  5. Add the couscous and leave for 8 minutes covered.
  6. Finally, serve the couscous and top with the vegetable mixture.
