Ingredients delivered per portion
140 gr. pork tenderloin in cubes
vegetable mixture: carrot and red onion
Asian vegetables mixture: bean sprouts and baby corn
extra virgin olive oil
homemade sweet and sour sauce: CORN STARCH, water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup, SOY sauce
100 gr. Jasmine rice
200 gr. water – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 25 minutes
Place the rice in a pot without a lid and add the water. When the water boils, cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover.
At the same time, heat the oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium/high heat.
Add the pork and sauté for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
Add the vegetable mixture and continue for 2 more minutes.
Add the colored peppers and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Add the Asian mixture and continue for 2 more minutes
Add the sweet and sour sauce, lower the heat and cover.
Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed stirring often.
Spoon the rice first and top with the sweet and sour mixture.
