Ingredients delivered per portion
- 140 gr. chicken breast in cubes
- colored peppers
- vegetable mixture: carrot and red onion
- Asian vegetables mixture: bean sprouts and baby corn
- extra virgin olive oil
- homemade sweet and sour sauce: CORN STARCH, water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup, SOY sauce
- 100 gr. jasmine rice
- 200 gr. water – not included

Ready in 25 minutes
- Place the rice in a pot without a lid and add the water. When the water boils, cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover.
- At the same time, heat the oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium/high heat.
- Add the chicken and sauté for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add the vegetable mixture and continue for 2 more minutes.
- Add the colored peppers and sauté for 2 more minutes.
- Add the Asian mixture and continue for 2 more minutes
- Add the sweet and sour sauce, lower the heat and cover.
- Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed stirring often.
- Spoon the rice first and top with the sweet and sour mixture.
