Our divine juicy beef burger recipe now in mini size for kids! Choose between the 50 gr burger for kids up to 5 -6 years old and the 100 gr. for older kids. Comes with fresh potatoes.
Ingredients delivered per person
- Bread type Brioche
- 50 or 100 gr. beef mixture: egg, milk, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, sugar
- garnish: tomato, cucumber, lettuce
- seasoning: oregano, salt, pepper
- potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- ketchup
Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 25 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
- Cut the potato into thin strips of 1 cm.
- Place the potatoes in a nonstick baking pan and sprinkle with half the olive oil and potato seasoning. Stir well.
- Put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until they are cooked according to the thickness of the cut or portions.
- Shape the beef mixture into a size equal to the diameter of the bun.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a non-stick grill on medium heat, about 5 minutes, and cook the burger for 2.5 minutes each side. In case you want to add cheese you put it over the burger a minute before they are ready.
- Open the bun and heat each side on the grill for 30 seconds.
- To assemble the burger, take the bottom of the bun and add half the ketchup, then the burger, the tomato, the lettuce, the cucumber and the remaining ketchup and close.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve the burger with the potatoes.
