Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 200 – 230 g fresh seabream fillet
  2. olive oil sauce: extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper
  3. vegetable mix: zucchini in cubes, eggplant in cubes, carrot in cubes, red onion in cubes
  4. vegetable sauce: extra virgin olive oil, dry oregano, salt, pepper
  5. 40 g side salad: various types of lettuce, cucumber in half strips
  6. side salad dressing: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 25 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place the seabream fillet in the pan and brush with olive oil sauce using a kitchen brush. Leave it for 5 minutes until it absorbs the sauce.
  3. Put the vegetable mixture in a bowl, add the vegetable sauce, stir well and place it evenly on a nonstick baking pan.
  4. Place the pan with the vegetables in the last grate of the oven and bake for 17 minutes.
  5. Once 5 minutes have passed, place the pan with the sea bream fillet in the middle grill of the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Combine the side salad with the sauce.
  7. Finally, to serve, accompany the fish with the vegetables and the salad.
