Combined with mushrooms, fresh cream and parmesan this is a sure success for those font of creamy pasta.
Ingredients delivered per person
150 gr tagliatelle
110 gr mushrooms: white and brown
10 gr. grated parmesan
60 ml fresh cream
32 gr unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 ml balsamic vinegar
salt / pepper as desired – not included

To speed up the process, boil water in a kettle and pour in a non-stick pot. Add the tagliatelle and cook for 10 minutes in medium/high heat. Drain completely.
Cut all 2 types of mushrooms in strips.
In the same non-stick pot add butter, white and brown mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes in medium heat stirring frequently. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for one more minute.
Continue adding the fresh cream and cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally, stir in the cooked fettuccine and we are ready to go!
Serve and sprinkle with parmesan as desired.
