Ingredients delivered per portion
- 125 gr spaghetti
- 5 16/20 defrosted shrimps head off, peeled and deveined
- 25 gr carrot cut into strips
- 9 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 40 gr sweet peas
- 2 gr fresh basil
- garlic mixture: chopped onion, crushed garlic, pepper and lemon zest
- juice of half a lemon

Ready in 20 minutes
- Boil water in a pot. Place the spaghetti and cook for 9 minutes. Strain.
- At the same time, heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and add the carrots, peas, shrimp and garlic mixture. Stir frequently until the shrimp is cooked, about 3 minutes.
- Add basil, lemon juice and stir frequently for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp mixture to the spaghetti and mix well with a wooden spoon.Ready to serve!
