20' Spaghetti With Shrimps & Herbs per person - lenten

Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. 125 gr spaghetti
  2. 5 16/20 defrosted shrimps head off, peeled and deveined
  3. 25 gr carrot cut into strips
  4. 9 ml extra virgin olive oil
  5. 40 gr sweet peas
  6. 2 gr fresh basil
  7. garlic mixture: chopped onion, crushed garlic, pepper and lemon zest
  8. juice of half a lemon

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 20 minutes

  1. Boil water in a pot. Place the spaghetti and cook for 9 minutes. Strain.
  2. At the same time, heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and add the carrots, peas, shrimp and garlic mixture. Stir frequently until the shrimp is cooked, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add basil, lemon juice and stir frequently for another 2 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp mixture to the spaghetti and mix well with a wooden spoon.Ready to serve!
